I’m Laura, I help you to stay clear, calm and in control under pressure. 

I’ve experienced what it’s like to keep pushing through, stay switched on, and still feel like it’s never quite enough.

My own experience with burnout showed me what happens when the nervous system stays under pressure for too long. And more importantly, what actually needs to change for things to feel different again.

That’s what led me to this work.

Now I support people who are used to performing under pressure, but are starting to feel the cost of it.

My approach is straightforward, supportive and focused on real life results. No complicated wellness routines, just effective techniques to help you to reduce stress, improve recovery and handle pressure better day to day. 

My work combines evidence -informed breathwork and somatic (body based) techniques, globally recognised qualifications and real world experience. Everything within my programme is designed to be trackable and fit into your schedule so that you notice real improvements in stress levels, sleep, focus, recovery, emotional regulation and overall resilience over time. 

I don't take a one-size fits all approach.

Instead, I assess how your nervous system is responding,  and meet it where its at, to reduce the pressure, and build capacity long term.

Instead of running on urgency, you can:

  • handle pressure better

  • feel more in control

  • think clearly when life gets busy

  • make better decision when things get busy 

  • switch off properly instead of carrying everything into your evenings

  • still have time for the people and things you care about the most.

  • protect your long term health from ongoing effects of stress and burnout

My Story

Get to Know me

Originally from Newcastle, I started my career in London working in advertising.

I loved it, the pace, the travel, working on global projects, long days on location and in studios.

From the outside, it looked exciting and successful.

But behind the scenes, I wasn’t looking after myself.

What began with "just feeling stressed", slowly became;

  • constantly switched on.

  • finding it hard to relax.

  • wired, but exhausted.

  • irritation at everyone around me

  • still i kept going. 

 

Like most people in high-pressure environments, I pushed through.Work didn’t stop. Responsibilities didn’t stop.

So neither did I.

Until eventually, my body made the decision for me.

  • Fatigue cycles left me unable to get out of bed.

  • Brain fog made it hard to think clearly.

  • Even simple daily tasks felt overwhelming.

That experience showed me something I hadn’t understood before,

What happens when your system stays under pressure for too long.

 

Not just physically, but how it impacts how you think, focus, and function.

So I stepped away from London and returned to Newcastle to focus on my health and rebuild.

I retrained in breathwork, somatic (body-based) techniques, and nervous system recalibration, not just to recover, but to understand how to operate differently under pressure.

Now i support people who are used to pushing through, but starting to feel the cost of it. 

I help you recognise when pressure is building and deal with it early, so you don’t lose focus at work or take that pressure home with you​​

It’s about changing how you operate, so you'll think more clearly, make decisions more easily, and feel more steady when pressure builds.

Thanks for all of your help on this! I learned things I just never knew from you about the impact of our breathing and that I need to be doing the opposite to what I had thought, which was taking in big gulps of air. Since doing the session with you I have definitely been a lot calmer and more steady in daily life. And getting good sleep is such a joy!
